

Fondo de las Américas del Perú (FONDAM) is a non-profit organization aimed at the preservation, protection and administration of Peruvian natural and biological resources in a sustainable and environmentally healthy manner. It promotes the improvement of children survival and development in Peru. It was created in compliance with the Debt Reduction Agreement Program, and the Framework Agreement for the Creation of the Fondo de las Américas and its Board of Directors, undersigned between the Governments of Peru and the United States of America on June 26, 1997 and December 24, 1997, respectively.

Being leader in promoting activities for a healthy and sustainable environment, and in child survival and development in Peru.
Mission
The promotion of activities aimed at the preservation, protection or administration of Peruvian natural and biological resources in a sustainable and environmentally healthy manner, promoting at the same time the improvement of child survival and development in Peru.
